This 11.5 acre site was acquired as a result of a land donation by Pine Hill Estates LLC and Lous D’Amato in April, 2008. This site is located at the corner of North Hill Road and Beach Lane. The site is a broad fielded area with a variety of wetlands and trees that was once used as a farm to grow hay. There are no accessible trails on this site but there are many locations for convenient access. This area provides a sweep of open space in the area as it adjoins open space owned by the Sugar Hill Home Association. This area was a former farm.
