The 21.5 acre Muddy River property was acquired from Leonard Woods of Bernhard Associates in December 1986. This secluded property is located off of Sackett Point Road. It is bounded on the west by the Muddy River and on the east by the Penn Central Railroad. Access to the property is through a walkway under the railroad tracks at the end of Old Maple Avenue.
