The 3.7 acre Morning Mist property was acquired from Paul Rebeschi Construction Company in February 1989. The property is located on Clintonville Road near the railroad crossing. Access to the property is a trail between the Water Company pump station and Mike’s Automotive. There is a small parking lot in front of the wood Land Trust sign. Recently the trails have been widened and covered with recycled concrete material to provide level walking paths. This is the first trail system that the Land Trust has installed on one of its twenty plus properties. There is a bench and signage with information about history of the property along the trail. The North Haven Land Trust provides the public the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely stroll around the three loop trail and enjoy nature alongside the railroad tracks.
