The 3.7 acre Gruson property was acquired from Martha and Edward Gruson in 1976. Located on the corner of Ridge Road and Mansfield Road it is a heavily wooded area. During their ownership the Grusons left the property in disturbed as a bird and wildlife sanctuary. The North Haven Land Trust has kept the property undisturbed.
