This 4.84 acre site is located at the southern end of North Hill Road where it meets Summer Lane. The property was acquired through a donation by the Michael Massimino Construction Company in December of 2014.
This location is surrounded by the Hitching Post Circle neighborhood. The sloping acreage has a small brook and is densely forested with no walking trails developed. Access is available at the end of the Jersey Drive Circle.
