The 18.34 acre property was donated to the North Haven Land Trust by the Paul Rebeschi Construction Company on October 19, 1988. The site exists in two parcels. On the east side of Brockett Farm Road lies 15.25 acres and the west side on this same road lies 3.09 acres. The site was donated during the construction of the Arrowdale Estates home by construction project. The land was originally the home of the long-standing Brockett Dairy Farm prior to its relocation to New York State.
Both locations of the property are densely forested and do not support a trail system for easy access. Wetlands fueled by small streams and runoff create convenient wildlife habitat.
