This 2.75 acre property was acquired through a donation by Gay Sweet Scott on August 19, 1994. This site was a portion of the Sweet Family estate at the corner of Goodsell Road at Ridge Road. The donated parcel is located on the right side of Goodsell Road and the intersection with Ives Road.
The parcel lies along a descending hill with a man-made pond constructed by the Sweet family as they fashioned the property during their residence.
This parcel does not have a trail system and is difficult to access. The woodland area is densely forested and hilly. This open space property is a perfect environment for wildlife.
